Nebraska has four types of permits
1. School Learners Permit (LPE) (at least 14 ½ - 16 years)
2. School Permit (SCP) (14 years and 2 months-16 years and 3 months)
3. Learners Permit (LPD) (at least 15 years)
4. Provisional Operators Permit (POP) (at least 16 years)

You must pass the vision and written test
