Unsupervised Driving Prohibitions For first six (6) months after receiving your provisional driver's license, you may not drive between 12 midnight and 5am without a qualified supervising driver present
Passenger Rules For first six (6) months after receiving your provisional driver's license, you may only carry (1) non-family passenger who is younger than 20 years old unless your parent/guardian is with you. During second six (6) months, you are allowed to carry up to three (3) non-family member passengers.
Other Driver education is a requirement for applicants under 18
