Learner Permit Holding Period 6 months
Minimum amount of Supervised Driving 50 hours (or 100 hours, if unable to take drivers education), including 10 hrs at night

Unsupervised Driving Rules Young drivers younger than 18 years of age may NOT drive between 10pm and 5am unless driving to or from a scheduled event
Passenger Rules Young drivers under the age of 18 may NOT carry any passengers who are under 18 (except immediate family members) during the first six (6) months after receiving their driver's license.
