Minimum Amount of Supervised Driving 50 hours with a qualified supervising driver (i.e.—a licensed driver who’s at least 21 years old or 18 years old if the supervisor is your spouse).
Unsupervised Driving Rules Junior driver’s license holders may not drive between 11pm and 5am unless a licensed adult driver who’s at least 18 years old is seated in the front passenger seat. Exceptions include commuting to or from work or a volunteer/charitable service.
Passenger Rules Licensed minors may carry passengers, however every passenger in the vehicle must wear their own seat belt.
